Features:

1)It is composed of mesh-belt transmission, pre-heating section, blackeningsection, electrical control system, atmosphere control system, feeding section,discharge section and vapor treatment system.

2)The temperature of pre-heating section is controlled as a whole, while theblackening section controls temperature in three sectors. Heating elements(resistance wire and porcelain tube) are distributed at the top and bottomparts of D-type metal muffle respectively.

3)The temperature control system, which forms closed loop control system torealize automatic accurate temperature control, is composed of thermocouple,intelligent PID regulator with digital display and silicon controlledrectifier.

4)Because there is no vapor pressure in the furnace, the oxide film is thin butuniform. The requirement to gas tightness is hard to meet.

5)Because of mesh-belt transmission, the sealing of furnace is difficult and theconsumption of steam is more. But it is convenient to adjust for products withmany specifications and small batch process.
